In response to the program of launching Workers’ Month, Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025 at all levels, towards the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Oil and Gas industry (September 3, 1975 – September 3, 2025). Recently, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company organized a warm and meaningful Trade Union meal to thank all employees working at the Company.
The meal was held in a joyful and warm atmosphere, with the participation of the Company’s Board of Directors, the Trade Union Executive Committee and all employees working at the Company. With the help of the female employees of the Company, the meal was carefully prepared, imbued with the flavor of family, not only a deep gratitude but also a symbol of the connection between the company and the collective of workers.
The Executive Board of Thang Long Maritime Trade Union always identifies workers as the center of all activities. Therefore, over the past time, the Trade Union has closely coordinated with the Board of Directors to implement many programs to care for the lives of workers such as: supporting workers in difficulty, visiting sick workers, organizing periodic health check-ups, improving welfare, improving working conditions…
The Trade Union meal and periodic health check-ups are activities in the series of programs to care for Workers’ Month organized by the Company’s Board of Directors together with the Trade Union. Although simple, they are full of affection, not only contributing to improving the spiritual life of workers but also arousing the spirit of solidarity and sharing among members of the Thang Long Maritime family. This is also a practical activity that contributes to building a close-knit, friendly working environment and spreading the corporate culture of Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company.
