Tiếng ViệtOn the afternoon of June 23, 2026, a solemn ceremony was held at the Company’s office to announce and present the Decision appointing the Director of Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company.
On behalf of the PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation (PVTrans), Mr. Pham Viet Anh – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation; along with members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and leaders of the Corporation’s functional departments were present. On behalf of Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company, members of the Board of Directors, the Management Board, the Supervisory Board, and all employees of the Company were in attendance.
At the ceremony, the Resolution appointing Mr. Hoang Minh Tuan as the Director of the Company was announced, replacing Mr. Phan Cong, who is taking on a new assignment as directed by the Corporation.
In his acceptance speech, the new Director, Hoang Minh Tuan, expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him by the PVTrans Corporation’s leadership and the Thang Long Maritime Board of Directors. He pledged to make every effort, continuously learn, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, working together with the leadership and all employees to build Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company into a stable and efficient enterprise, affirming its position and brand in the maritime sector.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Viet Anh – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVTrans Corporation – highly appreciated Mr. Hoang Minh Tuan’s capabilities, work experience, and contributions over the past period. He expressed confidence that, in his position as Director of Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company, Mr. Hoang Minh Tuan will quickly adapt to the job, utilize his management skills, innovative spirit, and sense of responsibility to lead the company to successfully complete its assigned tasks. Furthermore, together with the company’s employees, we will overcome all difficulties, seize development opportunities, build breakthrough solutions to enhance competitiveness, promote digital transformation in management and operations, successfully achieve our goals, and lead the company to increasingly strong growth and affirm its position in the market.
The ceremony was successfully held in a solemn, united, and enthusiastic atmosphere. With the unanimous support of the staff and employees, and under the leadership of the Board of Directors, Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company is confident that it will continue to develop strongly and excellently fulfill its goals and tasks in the new phase.
