From August 22-24, 2024, Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company organized Teambuilding and activities for nearly 120 employees and their relatives.
Through these activities, the spirit of solidarity was built and promoted, inspiring the tradition of remembering the source of drinking water. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for employees to rest and restore their health, members can exchange, connect, integrate individual capacity to create collective strength to build and develop the values of the Company’s beautiful culture as well as seriously build and implement the corporate culture that the Corporation has set.
On this occasion, on the morning of August 22, 2028, after arriving in Quang Binh. The delegation visited the C283 Youth Volunteer Memorial Site, Thanh Trach Commune, Bo Trach District, Quang Binh Province, where: Mr. Tran Duy Tan – Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Phan Cong – Secretary of the Company’s Party Cell Director, together with all employees, organized a ceremony to offer incense to 156 people (including 32 people from Quyet Thang village and 35 soldiers from the C283 Youth Volunteer Team of the former Hai Hung province) who fell in the massacre of the American imperialists in the tragic event on January 13, 1973, which aimed to cut off the vital supply route, transporting food and weapons to the Southern battlefield.
As part of this program of activities, with the approval of the Company Director, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, the Youth Union coordinated with the Quang Binh Provincial Youth Volunteer Team to make a commitment and plant 1,390 trees at 4 projects that the Quang Binh Provincial Youth Volunteer Team was in charge of. Therefore, right after the incense offering ceremony ended, representatives of the Quang Binh Youth Union, Mr. Ho Duc Phong – Team Leader, Mr. Tran Duy Tan, Mr. Phan Cong and all employees and relatives planted many trees around the 1.7-hectare campus of the C283 Youth Volunteer Memorial Site.
