ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXTENSION OF TIME TO ORGANIZE THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS IN 2024

Thang Long Maritime would like to send to shareholders a Notice regarding the extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.

The Congress is expected to be held no later than June 30, 2024 (Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139, Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020). The specific time, location and form of the meeting will be announced by the Company to shareholders later.

Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company encloses the Resolution of the Board of Directors on the above issue to the Shareholders.
