Joining the jubilant atmosphere of International Women’s Day 8/3, Thang Long Maritime Joint Stock Company organized a special program to honor the tireless contributions of women in the Company.
In a warm and meaningful atmosphere, the program is an opportunity for us to express our gratitude, but also an opportunity for each woman in the Company to feel the care and respect from the Board of Directors and colleagues.
Thang Long Maritime Company is always proud of its talented and enthusiastic female employees, who are not only excellent at work but also a great source of motivation in building a friendly and close-knit working environment. The women in the Company from all departments have constantly strived and contributed to the overall development of the Company.
On the occasion of March 8, the company organized many interesting activities such as giving gifts, an intimate party with delicious dishes, creating a happy, warm atmosphere and especially the women had an interesting relaxing experience. This is an opportunity for everyone to share happy moments and strengthen solidarity.
In addition, TLM women also attended the program organized by the Corporation’s delegation in coordination with the Women’s Union and PVTrans Youth Union to celebrate International Women’s Day, to honor the important contributions of female staff.
At the ceremony, Chairman Pham Viet Anh shared sincerely about the fluctuations and challenges that the Corporation may face in the coming time. He emphasized that, in the context of many changes in the market and the shipping industry, the support and contribution of the staff, especially the female staff at PVTrans, will be one of the important factors helping the Corporation overcome difficulties and continue to develop sustainably.
